The hotel has a fantastic location near Pike Place Market. Check-in was chaotic and took way too long. The beds were comfy. Valet service was lacking; it took ages for them to respond when we checked out.

My stay was incredible, with just an 11-minute walk to the waterfront and only a little more than a half-kilometer to famous spots like Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum, making it easy to explore the vibrant downtown area, while the spacious, clean room boasted awesome city views including the Space Needle; the super friendly staff always went the extra mile, ensuring all our needs were met, but the breakfast experience could use some improvement due to crowding and wait times.

Clean rooms, clean views with a great location that allowed easy access to downtown attractions and prompt valet service that made parking hassle-free.

Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had a great location, just a few blocks from Pike Place Market. The elevator wait times were frustrating and often took too long. Room had stunning views of the Space Needle which made the stay enjoyable.

I had such a frustrating stay! The elevator situation was a nightmare—only one was working for over 30 floors of guests. It took forever to get anywhere, and dragging my bags up and down was absolutely exhausting. Really disappointing!

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Nice views. Location is ideal, near key attractions like the waterfront and Pike Place, but the abundance of homeless individuals in the business district was unexpected. The upgrade from a standard room to a suite was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly, offering a free breakfast buffet for the check-in inconvenience, though I couldn’t take advantage of it. Housekeeping fell short. Multiple requests for towels went unanswered. Rude check-in experience added frustration. Restaurant service lacked efficiency, with dirty tables and slow staff. While the stay had its positives, it's clear operational adjustments are needed. A more attentive approach to service and maintenance would elevate the experience significantly.

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything. Loved the spacious, clean room, especially the ADA upgrade with stunning views. The elevator system was a unique touch, but a bit more efficiency wouldn’t hurt. While the 24/7 sandwiches were handy after a late arrival, the breakfast queues were a hassle. Customer service was friendly but could use some polishing. a startling incident at 3:38 AM with someone trying to enter our room left us feeling uneasy. That overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. Room for improvement, but a solid choice overall.

Great location near waterfront and markets. Staff were helpful and even let us check in early.

It wasn’t cheap but worth it.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, especially the bed—it was the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. We even considered replacing our home mattress with it. The beautiful view added to the atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. Temperature control was effective, ensuring a pleasant environment. The noise level was minimal, contributing to a restful stay. Access to the room felt secure due to the elevator system. The large size of the room also provided plenty of space to move around comfortably. Staff at the front desk were professional and attentive during the check-in process.

I love the view from the 30th floor. The room is spacious, and the staff tries hard to please.

The lobby and curb appeal definitely need a little TLC.

The Crowne Plaza Seattle offers an unbeatable location, surrounded by vibrant dining options and shopping just steps away. The staff, particularly Jessica and Crystal, are outstanding and genuinely helpful. Clean rooms with mini fridges add to the convenience, making this hotel a perfect base for exploring downtown Seattle.

The hotel offers modern luxuries, an impressive Executive Boardroom, and friendly staff. The Regatta Bar & Grille has great drinks. The fitness center is top-notch; I felt trendy dining at the upper levels.

Oh, the elevator system was just a blast! .

The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see and do. the valet parking service was efficient and convenient.

There were some issues with staff friendliness and misinformation, especially during check-in. The parking fees were quite expensive, and there were some inconveniences with the lack of valet service upon arrival.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday Historical Cruise, offering stunning views of the Seattle skyline and the iconic Space Needle. The hotel's convenient location near Argosy Cruises at Piers 54 and 55 made it easy for us to embark on these memorable experiences. The staff's seamless execution of events ensured that our sightseeing tours were both enjoyable and stress-free.

My wife says that clearer signage for family-friendly amenities would be helpful.

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the ironing facilities to be quite convenient. It was great to have everything I needed to quickly freshen up my clothes before heading out for the day. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking for a comfortable stay. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to be able to enjoy a hot beverage without having to leave the room. The sitting area was also cozy and provided a nice space to relax after a long day of exploring the city. I did have a few issues during my stay. The free toiletries provided were basic and could have been of better quality. I also noticed that the carpeted floor in my room was a bit worn out and could use some updating. the valet parking service was quite disorganized. There were long wait times, and the overnight parking charges were expensive. It would have been more convenient if the valet service was more efficient and if the parking fees were more reasonable. Despite these drawbacks, I did appreciate the effort put into providing a comfortable stay. The flat-screen TV and the am/fm alarm clock were nice touches, adding to the convenience of the room. The presence of a shop in the lobby was also handy for any last-minute needs. my experience at Crowne Plaza had its ups and downs.

We hit up the Saturday Wine Cruise and Sunday Historical Cruise, sick views on the iconic Seattle Great Wheel, and checked out killer events at Piers 54 and 55. The seamless execution of events had us vibing all day, and the specific cruises offered sick views of the landmarks!

Imagine if they had an epic rooftop party spot for young party-goers! .

The Crowne Plaza Seattle offered a convenient location for my visit to the Museum of Pop Culture, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. , the variety of eateries and the on-site restaurant provided enjoyable dining options within walking distance.

Bedroom needs modernizing, loud air con, slight breakfast service issue.

Great location! Just minutes away from the main sights and downtown area. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the key card elevator is a handy feature. It was convenient and quick to reach my floor without waiting in line for the elevator.

The service left a lot to be desired. I had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff when trying to get help with an early check-in.

we had a great experience at Crowne Plaza. the staff was amazing and upgraded us to a suite with a comfortable sofa bed. the room was clean and spacious, offering great city views. the free breakfast buffet was a nice touch, even though we didn't have time to enjoy it. the beds were comfortable, and the property was very quiet. We also appreciated the convenience of the mini store in the lobby.

Nothing at the hotel was less than perfect! 😊
